We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that a customer has violated these terms.

Products and pricing

Guerrowear offers a curated collection of premium athletic and streetwear apparel. Every piece in our collection is designed to the highest standards and produced with meticulous quality control to ensure that what you receive meets our exacting specifications.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Product availability

Our products are released in limited quantities. We do not guarantee the availability of any product. Once a product sells out it will not be restocked. We encourage you to complete your purchase promptly to avoid disappointment.

Orders and payment

When you place an order with Guerrowear, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details.

By submitting an order you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.

Order confirmation

An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This confirmation serves as a receipt and contains your order number. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us if it is not there.

Order cancellation

Because our products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we are only able to accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at service@guerrowear.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee that cancellations requested after production has started will be honoured.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is complimentary on all orders worldwide. Delivery timelines consist of a production period and a shipping period. Our full shipping policy, including estimated delivery times by region, is set out in our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Guerrowear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by your country of residence. We are required by law to declare the full and accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation.

Returns and refunds

Our products are crafted to order to your specification. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to consult our size guide carefully before placing an order.

We stand unconditionally behind the quality of our products. In the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at your discretion. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and must include photographic evidence of the issue.

Intellectual property

All content on the Guerrowear website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, icons and software, is the exclusive property of Guerrowear or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

The Guerrowear name, logo and all related product names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Guerrowear. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Prohibited conduct

When using our website you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence may grant you rights that cannot be limited by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts in your country of residence.

For consumers in the European Union, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will always endeavour to resolve disputes directly with our customers in good faith.
