These Terms of Service govern your use of the Guerrowear website at guerrowear.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Your account
You may browse and purchase from our website as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and to update your information promptly if it changes. You must notify us immediately at service@guerrowear.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that a customer has violated these terms.
Products and pricing
Guerrowear offers a curated collection of premium athletic and streetwear apparel. Every piece in our collection is designed to the highest standards and produced with meticulous quality control to ensure that what you receive meets our exacting specifications.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), or in your local currency where available, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. In that case you receive a full refund.
Product availability
Availability may vary per size and colour. If a size is temporarily unavailable, it is shown as sold out on the product page.
Orders and payment
When you place an order with Guerrowear, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details.
By submitting an order you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.
Order confirmation
An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This confirmation serves as a receipt and contains your order number. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us if it is not there.
Order cancellation
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly. If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at service@guerrowear.com with your order number. Once your order has been delivered, you can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal described under Returns and refunds.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on all orders above €55 for European orders and above $55 for international orders. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee of €4.75 for European orders and $4.75 for international orders, calculated at checkout. Guerrowear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by your country of residence. We are required by law to declare the full and accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation.
Returns and refunds
14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do so, email service@guerrowear.com with your order number. You then have another 14 days to send the items back, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping costs are paid by you. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
Size exchanges
If your item does not fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery using the prepaid return label included in your package. Once the item is received back in unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached, you may choose a replacement in the correct size or a full refund to your original payment method.
Defects and issues
We stand unconditionally behind the quality of our products. In the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at your discretion. No return of the defective item is required. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Your statutory warranty rights under EU law always apply.
Our complete returns and claims procedure is set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Intellectual property
All content on the Guerrowear website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, icons and software, is the exclusive property of Guerrowear or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
The Guerrowear name, logo and all related product names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Guerrowear. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Prohibited conduct
When using our website you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
- Transmit any malware, viruses or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl or use automated means to collect data from our website without our express written permission
- Submit false or misleading information in any form or during any transaction
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Guerrowear or any third party
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the website
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and cancel any pending orders if we reasonably believe you have violated any of the above.
Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content or materials included on it.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on our website without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guerrowear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence may grant you rights that cannot be limited by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.
Governing law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers by email where reasonably practicable.
The version of these terms published at the time you place your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
