14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To do so, email us at service@guerrowear.com with your order number. You then have another 14 days to send the items back. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping costs are paid by you. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Wrong size? Free exchange within 30 days

If your item does not fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery using the free prepaid return label included in your package. Once we receive the item back, you choose: a replacement in the correct size or a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, contact us and we will help you choose the right fit.

Defects and issues

We stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives with a defect, a print error, a manufacturing fault, or if the wrong item was sent, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item. We cover: defective or damaged products upon arrival, significant print quality issues such as fading or misalignment, manufacturing defects such as broken seams, wrong item or size sent, and items lost in transit after the carrier confirms non-delivery. Your statutory warranty rights under EU law always apply.

How to file a claim

Email us at service@guerrowear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
