What We Cover
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged or defective itemArrived broken, torn, or with a manufacturing defect.
Wrong item receivedYou received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
Significantly poor print qualityPrint is faded, misaligned, or clearly below the standard shown.
Item never arrivedYour order is confirmed but has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
What We Don't Cover
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for the following reasons.
Change of mindWe do not accept returns because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.
Incorrect size orderedPlease use our size guide before ordering. We cannot refund for sizing errors made during checkout.
Wear and tearDamage caused by washing incorrectly or normal use is not covered.
Late claimsClaims submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be processed.

Include clear photos
Attach clear photos showing the issue — the item as received, with the defect clearly visible. This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

We review within 24 hours
Our team reviews every claim personally. You will receive a response within 24 hours on business days.

Replacement or refund
Once approved, you choose: a free replacement sent to you, or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
No need to return the item. In most cases we do not require you to send the product back. We handle it differently — faster and easier for you.
