Production time
Every Guerrowear product is made to order. This means your garment is produced specifically for you after you place your order. We do not hold pre-made stock.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the product type and current demand. During peak periods such as major holidays, production may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any significant delays by email.
Made to order also means that every piece is fresh, never sitting in a warehouse, and produced with consistent quality standards from print to finish.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order worldwide. No minimum order value, no exceptions. The cost of shipping is included in our product pricing so you always know exactly what you pay at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your production period is complete. They do not include production time. Actual delivery may vary depending on your local postal service and customs clearance.
Guerrowear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather or public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent. If your tracking link does not show activity after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at service@guerrowear.com with your order number.
International orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable import charges.
We are required by law to declare the full value of your order on customs documentation. We do not mark shipments as gifts or undervalue declarations.
Our return policy
Because every Guerrowear product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered — please refer to our size guide before purchasing
- The item not meeting personal style preferences
We take full responsibility for any issues on our end. If your order arrives with a defect, a print error, a manufacturing fault, or if the wrong item was sent, we will resolve it at no cost to you. See the section below for details.
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, contact us at service@guerrowear.com and we will help you choose the right fit.
Defects and issues
We stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer:
- Defective or damaged product upon arrival
- Significant print quality issues such as fading, cracking or misalignment
- Manufacturing defects such as broken seams, uneven stitching or faulty closures
- Wrong item sent compared to what you ordered
- Wrong size sent compared to what you ordered
- Item lost in transit after the carrier confirms non-delivery
You do not need to return the defective item. We will take your word and the photographic evidence you provide. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
If something is wrong with your order because of us, we fix it. No lengthy back-and-forth, no demanding that you ship something back across the world. Send us a photo and we will sort it out.
How to file a claim
If you received a defective or incorrect item, follow these steps:
Take clear photos
Photograph the issue clearly. For defects, show the affected area up close. For wrong items, photograph the item next to your order confirmation on a screen. For print issues, photograph the print in good lighting.
Email us within 30 days
Send an email to service@guerrowear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos attached. The subject line "Order issue" helps us process your claim faster.
We respond within 24 hours
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours on business days. We will confirm whether we are sending a replacement or processing a refund based on your preference.
Replacement or refund
Replacements are produced and shipped within the standard production time. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
